ICN members are invited to register their nominated representatives and NGAs by completing the online registration form on the conference website. A password will be sent in their invitation letters in order to access the registration form. Please note that ICN members should register their nominated NGAs as NGAs will not be allowed to register themselves.

No, participation in the conference and social programme is free of charge. However, travel, accommodation, health insurance and other costs are to be covered by participants.

You can cancel your registration by sending an email to crodriguezco@sic.gov.co or by calling the conference planning team at +57 1 5870000 Ext. 10630. It would be preferable if you can advise the Conference hosts and planning team at least a week prior to the event, if you have to cancel, as this may give the opportunity for someone else to attend the event. Transferring your registration to someone else is impossible – only persons who have received invitations from conference holders are entitled to register. Going forward, the ICN will keep records of the names of individuals who have registered but did not advise the Conference hosts that (s)he cancelled attending the event.
